Get in touch with Abhinav (the founder) for anything
Ideabud is a small operation. Your email doesn't land in a ticket queue — it lands with Abhinav Rai, who built the thing. Ask about anything: your account, your data, a feature you wish existed, or an idea you want to argue about.

What to expect
Every email gets read and answered personally, usually within a couple of days. If something is broken, tell us what you were doing when it broke — that's the fastest route to a fix.
